Delivery Policies
All our products are dispatched from our warehouse in Austin, Texas
using UPS. To keep our costs down, each item is made to order therefore
it will take up to 5-10 business days to ship out your order. We
will always keep you informed of the status of your order. In some
cases we are subjected to delays beyond our control which result
in unforseen delays. We naturally endevour to keep this to an absolute
minimum, however, should this occur, we will keep you constantly
informed on the status of your order.
International Orders
From our depot in Texas, we will ship to all of North America
including Canada. If you are in the UK or Europe, you can visit
our UK based site at www.motivational-posters.co.uk
where we will ship to all of Europe and Asia.
Online Security and Payment System
All sensitive information is collected on a secure server and
processed by our payment gateway partners Authorize.net. who are
approved payment processors and are authorized to collect credit
card payments on our behalf by our bank. All transactions are performed
in US dollars. All payments are made to BCW Office Products LLC
which is the owner and operater of Motiv8 USA. For your added peace
of mind, NO credit card numbers are stored and we have no access
to them after payment has been made.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB and Discover.
Sales Tax
Residents of Texas are required to pay sales tax at the current
rate. This will be shown at the checkout stage.
Returns Procedure
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and
will be happy to replace or refund any item that has arrived damaged.
If your order has arrived in an unsatisfactory condition, please
take a digital photo of the packaging and damaged item and email
it to sales@bcwofficeproducts.com.
Please include your order number and any other relevant details
in the body of your email. We will respond to you quickly and send
out a replacement.
We are unable to accept returns for Deluxe Premium framed posters
as these are custom built. If one of these items arrives damaged,
then please follow the procedure above.
